Political autonomy (independence)

POSITIVE:

- There are no positives aspects because the Spanish did not give them any freedom.

NEGATIVE:

- The Incan culture died off.
- They were not allowed to speak their language or practise their religion.
-The women were used for pleasure
- They were treated as slaves. The Incan population decreased quickly for them to gain their independence back.

Land and Resources
At that time the Inca's land was flooded with gold and silver. When the Europeans (Spanish) arrived they were amazed to see that the Inca's had no care for it, because all the gold, silver and rubies had no value to the Inca's as it did to the Europeans.

POSITIVE:

- There are no positives in this because the Spanish controlled and assimilated the Incas for their resources.

NEGATIVE:

- The land resources were stolen.
-The land was ruined from the war between the Inca's and the Conquistadors.
- The Spanish arrived, and grinded up the mines to collect all the silver, gold and rubies from the Inca's.
-Their temples were abandoned or destroyed.
- The Inca's land was also taken by the Spanish if it was not destroyed.
